A really nice place!

I really like the place: the apartments are spacious and well conserved. I never had problems with mice/bugs/etc... The very few times I needed a repair I was promptly attended. Hizbawi and everybody in the leasing office is very helpful and polite. If you don't have a car and need to go to JHSPH like I do, it is not a problem at all, since just on the corner you can take a bus (56 line) and then you are at the metro station (1.5 mile away), so it is really convenient. It includes all the utilities. There is a pool, very well maintained. It is close to (walking distance) to Shoppers, Target, and Safeway. It's now Verizon FIOS ready.
