My best friend had to move out of the place she was renting with her ex and ended up living here because they had an immediate vacancy and it was in her price range.

I stayed with her for about a month and don't agree with this at all. She lived at the bottom of the big hill to the right when you first move in. They wouldn't give me a parking permit, so I had to park at the top of the hill and pretty much slide down the grass hill. Her own car was towed out of the parking lot the first week she lived there, so I wasn't going to risk parking there.

Also, the parking lot is on the backside of the building, so it was a long walk around to the front of the building and I never felt safe back there.

While her neighbors in her building were great, the person in the building next to her had a baby that cried for hours all night long, and kept both of us.

Also, the stairs are metal and very loud in the apartment.

The final straw, however, was when a friend visiting us had her car egged parked on the street, and the same night one of the many kids that are always roaming around the parking lot decided to pull all of the trash out of the dumpster and spread it across the parking lot.

This place really isn't that nice.
