my fiance & i have been here for 1 year now. the ONLY reason why we are moving is to be closer to work (DC area).
we've stayed in a 3 bedroom/2 bath, on the top floor, with more than enough room for us & another roommate.
management has been MORE than helpful in ANY concerns we've had throughout our stay.
1 time we had to rush out-of-town for a family emergency. at the time they did NOT have on-line payment, now they do; but instead of charging us tons of fines (for not paying before we left, we had to leave in the middle of the night); they worked WITH us -instead of against us!
now that we are looking for another apartment closer to work, management is assisting us again...
every staff person i have met has been nothing but nice & helpful. including the grounds people.
our cars have never been broken into, we've only heard occasional muffled sounds coming from our downstairs neighbors, anytime there's been a maintenance problem its been fixed right & promptly, never had problems with the coin-washers/dryers, & have NEVER seen more than the occasional spider.
we have had the occasional parking issue if coming in late at night, the lot may already be full, but the street parking isn't too far.
if you're looking for somewhere safe, relatively quiet, & clean & comfortable to live. live here.

-i can only hope that our next residence will be as enjoyable as Watermill has been.
