I have been living here since March and so far so good. The maintenance and leasing consultants are all professional. So far I haven't seen any roaches or mice. Parking can be a pain if you don't get home by at least 7:00PM. The outside of the buildings are well kept. Everything is what I expected, however I can't do nothing about my neighbors. I'm on the top floor,although my neighbor underneith me music vibrate throughout my whole apartment. She starts playing music at 6:00am on somedays. Also my apartment building has a funny odor sometimes and I think its coming from another neighbor house, because I was walking by their door and it looks like a dump in their. Also some construction people have been working on some water tank since I moved in and it's a headache. But overall my apartment is beautiful, I got new carpet and everything. If only my loud music playing neighbor and stinky neighbors could move and parking was better; everything would be perfect.
