GOOD TIMES II (J.J., Thelma, Michael & Me) From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 1992 - 2004   I can't believe this is infested with mice and the owners just don't seem care. All they care about is going up on the rent. Granted they have improved the outside, but what about the inside. They should've started there first. I have been living here for almost 13 years and it seem to me that it has gotten much worse. I am in the process of looking. Since the mice want leave then I will. I rather pay double what I am paying now and be happy and feel safe. They haven't upgraded NOTHING but the rent!!!! I don't mind paying higher rent if I am getting a better and safer living environment and that is not the case here!!! I feel like I am staring in GOOD TIMEs Part II as THELMA, JJ's & Michael's beloved sister!!!!
