Nice property but ghetto environment

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Been living here for 2 years and it is time to go!! My place has been vadilized and broke into twice since residing here. I am now looking for a new place to live, where I can feel safe. So I will not be renewing my lease.
