I lived here for 9 months and recently moved to VA. This place was a dump to put it nicely. Every time there was a thunderstorm my apartment flooded because of the pipes shooting out water in the AC units. Theres a huge vermin problem, A.) mice adn B.) the vermin that congregate outside the front of the building and in the parking lots in large groups. They also unrinate and deficate in the stairwells from time to time, leave trash in the hallways and fight and set cars on fire in the parking lot. The neighborhood surrounding this dump is very menacing, surrounded by projects and low-income housing and below average human beings in general. Maintenance here is a joke and they definitely won't fix anything and the entire staff are just useless. They spend what little money they put into the place to attract new and unsuspecting tenants, make sure you look at the inside of the buildings before you sign anything. I was lucky to find a loophole in my lease to get out 3 months early and that wasn't soon enough. I had never seen a grown 40 year old man blow up a phone booth with a 1/4 stick of dynamite until I moved in here!!! This place is probably as safe and desireable as Mosul, Iraq! DON"T DO IT PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!
