I lived here for 1 year at the time that I applied to the complex I told the staff that I neeeded to move in bu August 20, 2004. I applied in July. At the time of move in my apartment was not ready. The manager at the time walked through with me documenting everything that was wrong with the apartment and stated that she woud have it fixed within a week. A year later nothing was done. The mice are horrible. They were so bad they ate through my sofa and loveseat, I had to throw them out.The exterminators idea of exterminating was to place down sticky traps. I had partial electricity for over a month the maintanance staff would not fix anything and the office staff is a revolving door. I was on a ground level that should have been equipt with an alarm system, the alarm wires were cut and never redone. The section that I stayed in was quiet, but not very well lit at night there wwere not allot of children or rift raft in my sectiion, the only positive thing about the complex was that section.At te time I rented this apartment the management was The D0naldson group then it was sold to Pinnacle (all hell broke loose) So if you plan on renting look at the apartment you plan to rent take a stick and check every section in the apt for mice holes (there are a lot of them) and make sure it is complete to move in before you sign the lease.
