I MOVE IN ON 2/4/07, AND IT WAS FINE UNTIL ABOUT 3 MONTHS AFTER I MOVE IN AND SINCE THEN I HAD MICE DROPPINGS ON MY PULL-OUT COUCH, ON MY STOVE AND COUNTER. ITS IS NOW 7/13/07 AND I AM STILL HAVE MICE PROBLEMS. THAT TO ME IS A DISGRACE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU BE VERY CARFUL.

the past reviews told u this..they will never change..they are infested..I feel bad 4 u.. It's affordable but the mice need to help u pay that rent! Just get out as soon as u can or ontact the landlord and tenant association and see if its something u can do.
