I HATE THIS APARTMENT COMMUNITY!
The rental staff are the worst! They are very unprofessional (GHETTO & DISRESPECTFUL). I have so many problems were do I begin...I have been living in this community for 1 1/2 yrs and I can not stay 1 good thing about it. I have mice problems, no hot water, a/c continually out during the summer months. More to say! The maintenance staff are lazy as well as the leasing office staff. The grounds are not kept up to par; thugs are hanging outside all night. Emergency maintenance never responds to your calls. It has been a time when I came home from work late one Friday night in the month Dec., and my living room window was shattered (broken). I called the emergency number numerous of times that night, never received a return call. I also went to the rental office the next day (Sat.) they were closed. And they are supposed to be open for business 7 days a week. They next day as well I went to the rental office again CLOSED! That whole weekend I was without a window in the freezing closed. Monday morning I contacted the office, they were very rude and then the old manager got smart out of the month with me and hung up the telephone in my ear. Now the new manager isn't that better as well!!!!! They all are some lazy people in that office; all they seem to do is eat lunch! JOYCE! Is lazy and stupid as a BELL!
For the last year I have been receiving notice of eviction for the counts! Staying that my rent hasn't been paid! I have paid my rent on time since I have been in that HELL HOLE! Everything (every month) I m in that office showing them that note. They tell me to disregard it and not to worry! I shouldn't come home and see a yellow piece of paper in my door from the sheriff's depart. That's very embarrassing!!!!!!!!!! They haven't fixed that problem as of yet! Every month it's the same thing! And now again, I'm without hot water in my apt.
I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE OUT OF THIS HELL HOLE!

and to think i stayed there from 2003-2008. I really suffered but i had to leave. Them scanks used our money for the twin cars joyce and the other lady was rolling in. I am glad that i moved from there. I am in luxury now.
