I currently rent at this dunp. Take my word don't do this to yourself. All of the other reviews were correct. I have been here for 2 months and already I can not wait to move. It has been 100 degrees and I have no AC, my cats have killed a mouse, the repairs that I asked to be completed when I first moved in have still not been completed, and maintenance tells me that the floor to my utility closet is unsafe to walk on. Move hear at your own risk. As for me I am calling the health department and FOX 5 news. I can not wait until October so that I can move! I might even break my lease early!!!!!!!!!!!!
