Please I beg you DON NOT MOVE IN THIS DUMP!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been here for 6 months and I wish I never had. The assistant resident manager Janice is anything but professional. She is not capable of running around the corner, let alone running a apartment community. The repairs that I ask to be completed when I moved in have still not been taken care of. I am not talking about simple stuff like a door knob, I mean things like the motor in my bathroom fan does not work, I have chipping paint in my bathroom, a hole that maintance knocked in my wall still has not been repaired, closet doors that don't close, according to maintance the floor in my utility closet is unsafe to even walk on! I have also had maintance in my apartment without notifacation and without my knowldege! It was not like they fixed anything! I still have no clue as to what he was doing in my apartment, and it is no need calling around to the rental office to compliane because their phone is always disconnected. The only way that you can get things done here is to take them to court and even then they only do the bare minimum. Please take it from me DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! LIVE IN YOUR CAR IF YOU HAVE TOO!
