I've been Azalea Woods for over a year - All I can say is you get what you pay for and of course the property has it problems but so do a lot the residents they do not take care of their individual units so how do you expect the LANDLORDS to do. I find the the people in the Rental office is very professional - I totally disagree with Anonymous take on Ms. anice the Asst.Property Mgr. If she was not in the office we would be left at the mercy of Michelle the Leasing Agent (GETTO) who promises you the world when you move in and then you to go back to the Rental Office to ask what about the new stove you promised me. Michelle get a bad case of I never told you that. If they could just keep a Property Manager for longer then 5 months, maybe something positive could get done. The maintence team is sorry, they always promise that they will be back with the part to fix something, and never return. It like they fell into a "black Hole".
