DON'T DO IT!!!!
This complex is the WORST, I didn't live there more then a whole year, I moved in June 08' and was out in July 09', I couldn't take it anymore. The staff is horrible and so are the maintenance men. They never come when you need them, if they come at all. The office staff, either lies to you about the apartment, or what will be done in your apartment. Then while I was there, they went through 3 say again 3 managers in 1 months, the last one they bought in, she was good for getting people evicted, i saw plenty of those. I had my bathroom sink fall out of the wall in June 09' and the day i moved out as of July 09' they still had not come to fix it!!! But she was not good for getting the property together. Unless they have done a drastic change since I moved in July, this place needs to be torn down, like the other PINNACLE MANAGEMENT property in LANDOVER, that was torn down years ago when their leasing license was revoked. DON'T DO IT. Michelle lies, Brigette is a ----- and the complex is shot. They would be nice apartments if you could get stuff done, have service and could get of the mice. I bought a cat and then they were gone, but previous to that... I was SWARMED by them.... PLEASE HELP US ALL AND GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

This must be a tenant that was evicted. If you pay your rent no one can be evicted!!!!
