Rodents, mold, urine in the stairwells, the building practically had no hot water for over a month. My ceiling was leaking water from the apt above me and it took them more than a couple of weeks to get it right. Then they justed painted over the mold. Loud Concerts/BBQs in the back parking lot. Parking gate has been broken for weeks. Not worth the 1 month of free rent.

Convient to MetroBus and Southern ave Station, but like the other review said, if you're desperate then move-in.

Oh yeah! I forgot to add the ghetto BBQ's they have in the parking lot...that's SUPPOSE to be gated.
