I lived in Colonial Village in the early 90s it sad to see that is still hasn't changed with the rodent infestation. The criminal activity was not as bad then as it is now. Management surely hasn't changed its views. Oh and the mice and roaches may as well pay the rent. They have more family living there than you. They where worst then and surely still are. At what point does management step up to the plate and take responsibility for their property and the sorry #@$ maintenance team they have. For every problem you find they have a poor remedy for it. In others everything with them is a quick fix. You are better off living in public and section 8 housing at least maintenance comes when you call oh and the quality of life is way better than you have at MICE VILLAGE!!!!
