pretty good despite the mice

It will be a year in Aug., and it has been a pretty good experience. I live in the back with alot of older people but the front of the complex seems to harbor alot of teenagers. I keep a clean apartment but still see mouse droppings from time to time. Maintenence seems to use the excuse of keys not working or being lost when it comes to repairs, but come on, they have cut keys to my unit over three times, kind of makes you wonder where the keys are going hunh'''
