Yeah, you know those three and if you don't, move here and you will. The exterminator comes only on tuesdays being you call ahead of time. And it really got to me because i just had a child. I kept my home spotless which probably told them to come even faster. Only way i was finally relieved was because my neighbor bought a dog but that only cured me and his apartment. It's about 560 apartments and being generous... 560 of them have mice. Everyone so used to them they try to see who could catch the first one that can talk. Maintenence seems to barely fix anything. they just do enough to make you leave them alone for the while. i had a leak in the ceiling and they just painted! what the **** is that supposed to do. Now i got a white color leak. The rental staff changes employees like underwear.I don't even bother to learn their names becauses tommorrow they won't be there. And i know where the person upstairs is at all times. Yet they're quick to put a late payment notice on your door. I walked to the office to pay the rent on the sixth at 9:10 by time i walked back to my door at 9:13 a notice was there. I should've dropped a mouse off with the money order. They don't pay rent, give them a notice.

On a good note, there's no problem with kids or noise since police are on site (yet i live in the back where previously stated not many kids live). Car theft was major but stopped also. Clean up crew and parking is good. otherwise move in and buy some pellets and cheese. better they your friend than you enemy. I getting the h*** out of here.

I used to live there about 16 years ago as a teenager, my cousin was thinking of living there and I warned her not to! It was always clean and well maintained on the outside and the apartments are large but the maintenace men were always trying to enter the apartment unannounced! Just to snoop around, they would say they had the workorders mixed up and meant to go upstairs of next door. There was a mouse problem then, but my parents paid for professional exterminators to come in once a month and deal with our apartemnt until our lease was up. There was a saftely issue then also. I can tell you this - the management there has always been terrible, upon leaving the complex my parents sued them for harrassment and won. Beware, all who are thinking of moving here, it appears as if the management hasn't changed that much.
