I'm not sure what everyone else is talking about with the mouse and roach problem. I've moved in Dec 9th and haven't seen a mouse yet. Now I have seen a few baby roaches, but I got rid of them by buying NON DOLLAR STORE brands. I'm not going to lie, my neighbors to the right of me are just plain triffling.. They always have trash infront of their door, always smell like weed coming from their apartment, and I've even seen a few roaches on their door. One time I got a peek on the inside of their apartment when they left the door open, and all you saw was blow-up beds, and sheets. I'm like DAMN. So the people having the problem with the mouse and roaches must live in my building. Other than that, I have a few family members who live in Forest Hills as well, and none of their apartments have this problem. The only problem my cousin gets is when it rains bad, her apartment sometimes flood, and maintenance is a bit slow getting to it, other than that, it's all good.
Kids aren't a problem. You rarely see them, and when you do they are in their group doing kid things. Come on, we were all kids at one point so to complain about them would be pointless. As long as they are not tearing up the property or sitting on cars they are fine.
