I moved to this complex at the latter part of of 2006. I was impressed with the upkeep of the property and the interior facade of the buildings. There are several buildings where the youth hang out. They are willing to move out of the way to allow entrance to the building. The police presence is favorable. There is roving security that will contact the muncipal police department on an if and when needed basis. The mice situation does need to be addressed. I purchased glue traps to no avail. The mice are savy enough to jump over the traps. I keep my apartment reasonale clean however the mouse/mice routinely visit during the late night hours.
