This place is a piece of crap. Drug Dealing, Rats, roaches, the works. Yes, its conviently located to Southern Ave Metro, P12 Bus and shopping. Also Schools, its dangerous. Kids are ridiculous around there. If you want to be in a Ghetto environment, then go ahead and pick this place cause its is the worse!

I have to second that. The WILD thing about the drugs is, it's being done right infront of the rental office. Winter isn't so bad, but summer time, all hours of the day or night, you can see a mob of people just standing infront of the rental office smoking weed, drinking, shooting dice, and everything else under the sun. DON'T BELIEVE ME, wait until a warm day and ride thru. The apartments are beautiful. I don't have a problem with any rats or roaches, but I DID. The Roaches were trying to move in, but I fought. You cannot use their exterminator, I think he just comes in to see what valuables you have in your apt. I purchased my own and it work great. They are now making you pay your own Electric and Water. We all know Gas is next. I have to honestly say, the apartments, location of convenience is not worth it.

I have to totally agree with ALL of this as well. The kids are rude and just off the hook. I swear they live in the hallways and the managment does NOTHING to solve the situation. My lease is up in two months and guess who can't wait to leave as soon as that blessed day comes????
