When i first moved into this complex, it was quite and there was no loitering, i guess that was because it was November and cold. as soon as it got warm, there they were, the whole hood hanging out in front of the building, gambling and drinking. they wouldn't even move out your way when you were trying to bring in your groceries. And half of them do not even live in the complex. then came the mice and roaches. i have never seen so many mice at one time. and when you call the rental office all they do is send out some one to spray. What the hell is spraying going to do for mice. i had to move all of my food out of the cabinets and put them inside plastic container just so the mice wouldn't get to it. them they want to start charging us for electric, water and gas. as if the rent wasn't high enough. i pay a pet deposit for my little dog but then i go out to walk my dog and see pitbulls, huskies and god knows what outside walking their dogs and i know that they didn't pay the deposit, not to mention that their animals are way pass the weight limit. Maybe for the ones who are on section 8 it's OK, but for me i rather be in a house for all of this. how can you get us in and then change the agreement. First it was all utilities included and now its you pay everything. they suck you in on false advertisement and then drop the bomb on you. Take my advise, if you are a hard working class person, stay away from Forest Hills Apt, unless you like living around the hood and paying top dollar rent for it.
