Hello All, I was raised in the Washington area, Camp Springs/Clinton. I remember these apartments as a little girl. Back when the hospital across the street was family owned by the Cafritz family. These used to be the best looking, best kept apartments in the area and they were sort after. Always kept up. I had a few friends who lived there and was looking to rent at Forest Hills myself. I remember when I was attending Potomac Senior High and would ride through there on the P12. They were
the nicest apartments. I have been riding through there on the P12 enroute to the Southern Avenue metro and these apartments look terrible. The landscaping is really bad. I see all the advertising they are doing. I started to write the property a letter and ask if they were serious. This place looks embarrasing. From the looks of
it when you ride through, I would not consider renting here. Don't know what they look like on the inside, but the outside look terrible and I saw the triffling bunch
hanging around also.

I too grew up just down the street from these apartments, and USED to live here at one point. (I'm the guy they robbed). I remember as a little boy, my granny and I used to ride thru the neighborhood on the P12 and they were so pretty. WAY BACK in the day NFL players used to live in the neighborhood (but that was back in the 80's.) LOL. The neighborhood really went down hill.. It's really sad because they are really nice places.

When I was a boy I thought that place was great! So pretty and clean with flowers everywhere. My sister lived there and when I turned 18 I got my first apartment there. That was when Cafritz hospital was around,and professional people lived there. I would tell a girl I lived ther and they would'nt believe me. Now that place is nothing like that. Every thing you wrote is true.
