This place is a awful awful place to live...pleeeeease dont move here!

1st reason - The Mice..the rodents run freely throughout the apartments and complex! Your home can be perfectly clean but management would find a way to point the blame on you instead of trying everything possible to get them out!

2nd - Management, they do nothing about the complaints or maintenance problems with holes in the walls, smell from the water..it smells like the sewage..oh did i mention the mice'

3rd - The kids play in the hallways, ringing your doorbell and running, candy, soda and paper wrappings are all over the hallway floor. Again..did I mention the mice'

4th - Neighbors are ghetto as hell...i am the only one that pays rent in my whole damn building! Section 8 folks out in the hallways all times of the night. Smoking weed, drinking on the front steps! You have to excuse yourself a thousand times to get to your apartment! Please dont move here!

5th - The cats are ridiculous around here, they are feral cats which means they are adapted to home and wild life so they come towards you looking for food rubbing against you...Just nasty

Again, if you're trying to raise a decent family...this is definitely not the place! If you don work, on welfare, ghetto, no morals, dont care how you live or who you live around...THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE for you!

If you haven't, I encourage you to move ma'am. I'm the guy who wrote "so I got robbed". The policed determined that it was someone on the maintenance staff who broke into my apartment. After they investigated and look at how the lock was popped from the inside, it was CLEAR someone with a key entered and broke the lock from the inside. I loved my apartment (2 and a den)... And my neighbors weren't too bad. I guess I was in a building with Working folks and some Section 8 folks. You could definitely tell who was who... Thankfully, I never had a problem with rodents. My biggest problem was fear that they were going to set my car on fire. I too grew up "IN THE HOOD" in Valley Green back in the day. Those apartments used to be the Cream of the Crop back in the 80's. I remember they turned my moms application down back in the day. That's when they had the best of the best living over there and you had to make BIG DOLLARS then. Now, if you have 9 kids, a baby daddy and a husband, you're accepted. It's just sad...
