I agree with all of the reviews. This complex is infested with mice. When you report the problem to the rental office, they send someone out to spray. It does not work. The insulation in the apartments is poor, my electric bill was sky high. Parking was o.k. Maintenance is alright, the apartments are very spacious. But, I refused to have mice as roommates, so I broke my lease. I guess the mice problem still exist, because I lived there from 1999-2000. Some things never change! Please stay away from this mice infested complex.

I lived there in 1995 and there was a bad mouse problem. Everything that every one has posted about Fox Hills North is true. My car was vandalized, the roaches were everywhere (a roach was on my wife's pillow! WTF???), the "heat" pump never provided "heat", bammas calling my apartment to buzz them in at 2, 3, 4, 5 o'clock in the morning b/c whomever they were living with refused to let them in. Cruddy...Just plain cruddy.
