Life is NOT Beautiful at Fox Hills North

When you arrive onto the property, you will see a sign that says "Life is Beautiful at Fox Hills North." That is clearly an exaggeration of what life is really like living there.
One of the best things about living in this complex is the fact that the apartments are spacious, the water is always hot, and the apartments are fairly insulated. That's about it.
The biggest issue is the nonchalantness of the management staff regarding the needs of the residents. It is true that the apartments are mice infested. A woman in my building had to get a petition signed by all of the residents in the building in order for them to ACT on closing the holes in the entire building because of the "mice problem." Second, there are a host of children and adolescents who don't care about being loud even at 11 pm. If you would like peace, don't move here. Look at other places and if you want something affordable but better service and quality in Oxon Hill, check out the sister property Portabello Apartments.
