Nothing ever gets done when you ask for it. You have to ask them several time to get anything done, if at all. They never give you a straight answer. Half the time the rental office staff act like they done want to be bothered. The laundry room is always flooded and the dryers go out all the time, but they said its not there problems. We should call for maintence our selfs. They never answer the phones before 10:00 during the week even tho they are open before then. But have the time when you do call after 10:00 they are still not available or at lunch, off site somewhere. Then they don't always returns your call when you leave a message. When you leave a messsage to have maintence done to your apartment it doesn't get done. When you call to inquiry about your request they tell you they never recieved one. It's no wonder everybody is trying to move out the first chance they get.
