I have lived here since 10/02 and have had normal wear and tear apartment problems, but the maintenance staff always come very fast to fix problems and the community manager and assistant manager are very friendly, helpful and customer service oriented. I can't believe the first year my rent only incresed by 15.00 I have never seen that in my apartment renting history. The neighborhood stays well maintenanced and I would not move into another apartment complex, I'd just stay here until I am ready to purchase my home.
