First of all, the staff is okay except Ms Keisha who is always nasty to everybody. i had referred a friend to move in and when she was signing her paperwork, she had an altercation that was just swept under the rug. Maintenence is good if you get to know them and catch them in the morning before you roll to work. One bad thing is my car was vandalized numerous times. Eventually i stopped repairing it. The walls are PAPER THIN. I can hear everything that goes on in the apt next to me and the one underneath. I haven't seen any mice, but I have seen roaches in the kitchen which I find disgusting since I consider myself a great cook, but who wants to eat out of a kitchen that is roach infested. The roaches are leathal to because they eat through Boric Acid. My neighbors have no consideration, the young girl that lives downstairs blasts her music so high, my apt shakes. Oh, also one of my neighbors stole my clothes out of the laundry room and I caught them wearing them! People smoke cigarettes and weed in the hallways and my bathroom smells like Bob Marley is creeping in there all day and all night. The kids are disrespectful. They see you coming in the complex and will not move out of the street. They curse and fight all the time.

The rent is reasonable, but it's not worth it. Invest in a house or go to VA whenre you can rent around the same price with less friction.
