As well as all of the other apartments on Kennebec and around the area. These apartments are infested with mice. I have never been accustomed to these type of living arrangements. If you come and view the showcase apartment, you would have never imagined the outcome. Never go by looks, I thought it was going to be a pretty good neighborhood but there are hoodlums hanging outside of every other apartment building, and the maintenance is slow and unprofessional. The walls are paper thin I can hear my neighbors on both sides of me and below. If you come home past 9:00pm you may have to walk a few buildings down, because there is never any parking. If you enjoy mickey and the rest of the mouse club, come on and move in and hang with the rest of the rats.
