Rat Patrol larger than Police Protection

There are more rats than police patrol. The hoodrats hang outside and the 4-legged rats patrol through the apartments. Constant gun shots heard through the night and arguments from residents outside and inside. Police sit ant front entrance watching screens and nothing else, just there... Maintenance never show up when you're there but seems more convient when you're not at home so they can just leave a note. I've asked on 2 occassions to have them come pull out my oven to check for mice holes and never showed. Murders in buildings, gun shots and mice oh my so if you really want excitement move on in...
