New tenant as of Oct 05. I thought I was going to have to ask the mice to pay rent. Management is no help. Maintenance never does any repairs. Bad choice. Visitor parking is a JOKE.

if it is so bad there. why are there no apartments available. if it was me i'll hop out that lease like a cab in new york.

I agree if you people are so unhappy why are you still living at this horrible place? Especially the person that lived there for 13 years. They have purchased the apt. The housing market is good now(LOL) must can't afford anything else.
