I have no problems with the rental office they are all sweet. The maintenance men are all nice too. I never have to worry about a bunch of guys hanging outside and if they do, they are respectful and not out selling drugs, just getting fresh air. The kids are always outside no matter what time of day or night, but they are all sweet too. Now for the mice..........they do exist! You will definetly see atleast 1 during your stay at FHN. It has to do with how you keep your apt up and unfortunetly how your neighbor does as well. Stuart Little is a nasty ass roomate,he shits everywhere, eats up your food, and skips to your neighbor's when the bills are due. When my neighbor moved out he tried to move in all his family members that month, and I killed 5 of his family members in that same month. I had no time to wait on no exterminator, all I needed was my good ol broom and they must have went and told the rest cause I haven't seen them since. If you are scard of mice FHN is not the place to be.
