These apartments are terrible. The children hang out all day and all night. They are very loud and disrespectful. They do not respect themselves or others and their property. They write on the walls and stairs in the hallways. They leave their trash everywhere. They even try to fight the police. The rental office does nothing to control these kids. All they do is post memos on the windows of the buildings. I've heard that there are mice in some of the apartments. I have not seen any. BUT I do have a serious bug problem. Not roaches, but spiders and other unknown bugs. My apartment has been exterminated five times and the bugs are still here. My car has been stolen twice from the property. This last time, my car was not only stolen but burned up! One lady's car had a cuss word scratched across the ENTIRE passenger side of her car. Can you guess who did that' The rental office wants me to pay $50 for another parking sticker or use my guest pass. WTF' Speaking of the rental office, the staff is terrible. They are all truly ghetto. There is one female in particular, but we can't name names here. They have attitudes when they answer the phones. They just aren't professional at all. In the winter, they do not put salt down until AFTER the ice starts to melt. It seems like this is the last place the snow plows come. Over all, this place absolutely sucks. Not to mention there was a murder in BROAD DAYLIGHT back in December 2005. And I've heard that there were at least five others prior to that one. They tow cars around here too if you do not have a sticker, guest pass or if your tags are expired. They tow 24/7 except on Christmas. There are only two washers and dryers in the basement, $1.25 per load. Most of the time they are pretty clean. Just STAY AWAY from here.
