There is too much drama associated with Fox Hills North Apartments. I have had to hear/witness: a man have a heated argumment with another person on his cell phone at the top of his lungs; a woman get beat up and the front door of her building; then the subsequent conversation her male friend had on his cell phone, screaming at the top of his lungs about how he was "going to Southeast and get a gun and shoot all them n****!"; a --- couple having a lover's quarrel in the parking lot. Two men were fighting with one screaming at the top of his lungs for help; asking the neighbors to call the police because "he's going to kill me!"; a group of 5-6 young men beat the daylights out of another young man. Even when the guy was down on the ground, these men continued to kick him about his face and body. I called the police but they never came; A group of about 10 young men who roamed the complex shouting rap lyrics at the top of their lungs. This occured about 1:45am on a weeknight; someone who was moving out of my building decided to move some items at 2:00AM! They also decide to throw their living room furniture to the ground from off their balcony; from almost day one of my tenancy, i've had to deal with children running, jumping and dropping what sounded like bowling balls over top of my head every day AND every night - any complaints to the rental office were met with unwarranted remarks and taunts by the offending party; tenants who are too lazy to properly walk their pets and allow them to urinate on the steps leading to the building; gands of children who play in the parking lot and who don't have the decency to move out of the way when a car is approaching - they're looking at me like I'm in the wrong AND small children roaming free who try to pry open gas tanks of the cars parked in the lot. Drugs are also being sold out of the complex - discreetly, but still...
Whatever you do, don't move here!
