I've been at the complex for a little over 2 years...and make the mistake of resigning my lease. Initially when I moved in I only had a visitors pass due to my tags being out of state. My car was towed because the tow truck company "claimed" it was not visible. I've had a sticker for about 2 years in the same spot on the car...and today this morning my car was towed per police's notes from tow truck company "parking permit expired". Needless to say I am past pissed right now because I should be at work, but instead I have to sit home and wait on one of the offices to open to vent my frustration. A neighbor moved out a couple of months ago..and all of a sudden I had mice. Do you know how embarrassing that is to have company and see a mouse run across your floors. The insulation in the apartment sucks...in the winter time the cold air seeps in through the balcony. You can hear the neighbors talking through the walls...renters are being robbed at gun point I personally witnessed one while sitting in my car...people are jamming the doors to let other people into the building...If I could get out of my lease...I would do so!!!

Where do you live because I haven't seen anything like this and I've lived here fro 7 months. I had my car booted once and unpaid rent signs on my door when I know I've paid my rent. As far as the mice. I understand we had them to so I was forced to get a cat.

Oh this is so true. My downstairs neighbors moved and all of a sudden I had little mickey all in my kitchen. They have since gone and I don't see them anymore. And my neighbor also got robbed. We must live in the same building. I am out of here on the 31st of December and I can't wait.
