Wanna Waste Your Money'--Move here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/29/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Everyone who has written so far HAS NOT LIED about this complex. This is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST complex I've lived in. I may not be a science genuis, but I do know this: SECTION 8 and REGULAR TOO-HIGH- RENT-PAYING PEOPLE DO NOT MIX!!! I moved in in October 2003....The unit was STILL FILTHY on my move in date, and I'm STILL WAITING on the maintainace men (there are only 3 for the ENTIRE complex, okay'!) to fix everything that was on the initial repair list. They are slow and trifling. The water gets turned off WITHOUT sufficient notice. The "security" doors are always broken. Some tenants must think they live isolated out in the country somewhere--they blast music to no end whenever they like. The hallways are nasty. The parking is terrible. The kitchen cabinets need to be replaced BAD. Overall, this complex gets an "F minus" from me, and I think I'm being too nice by giving them that.
