I think that Oxon Hill village was better than this and thats considered a bad neighborhood. My building is so horrible, they give you a keyguard to get into the door and a pass code no sense in remembering it, because the door never works. My hallway gets cleaned once every month in a half you can never use the washer and dryer in the building, because it never works or someone leaves there clothes in all night. Kids run this neighborhood it's nothing but children and I never see them with there parents. Walls are paper thin you can hear everything, I live on the top floor and it always sounds like someone is running over my head ooops no thats not what it is thats the lady down stairs getting thrown against the wall which echoes threw the vent and sound like its comming from another level up. rent is too much on the other hand the size is nice. Sorry cant balance it out when it's so many bad things and not enough good. How can it be considered a gated community when the gate is broke and hasn't been closed since i moved here. I am moving in January 2005 I can't wait. Please keep documentation of whatever you use to pay rent because you will get an eviction notice on your door because they cant keep up with there paperwork.
