Heather Hill Apartments

If you can find better living arrangements, please do so! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I concur with the others when they say that Heather Hill is one of the most unfit apartment complexes in the area. Both maintenance and management seem to be incompetent; with unclean living quarters and a lack of respect for the tenants. Children are outside all times of the night, smoking anything from cigarettes to weed right inside of the laundry rooms and outdoors without a care in the world. Parking is inadequate and the neighbors are noisy and obnoxious. With that said, I would NOT recommend Heather Hill to anyone.
