Please whatever you do do not move here, if you value your life and your personal property that you have worked so hard for, please do not move here!
If you value peace and quiet!
Do not move here!
If you dont want to have your car towed because you had to park somewhere because of in adequate parking
Dont move here!
If you like to feel safe and know that your apartment complex is being patroled by licensed police officers
Do not move here!
In the last 8 months that I have lived here I have had my car broken into twice, some one has been in my apartment once while I was there, because it took southern managment and their team 3 months to come fix the front door of my apartment. Ladies and Gentlemen do not be fooled by their low rental rates and their smiling faces when they tell you welcome to the Oxon Hill Village Family, they really should say welcome to HELL!!! because at this present moment that is where I live. So please heed my warning and do not move here.
