If you like roaches and poor mgmt. - then you'll LOVE this place

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1996
I lived here for 1 year back in 1995, it is the reason I do not and have not lived in an apt since. The roaches set up shop the first night as if they were the ones who were payin' rent. The place is completely ghetto - and if you value your life and your body then stay the ---- away from the "laundry facilities."
I hate that place, I hate the mgmt and the majority of the tenants are the worst of all. No one that I asked to visit me EVER felt safe and with good reason. Please, I beg of you - DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE AFTER READING ALL OF THESE TESTIMONIES. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
