I have been here for about 2 years now. I just received a letter from management on saturday asking me if i wanted to renew my lease in may. HELL NO! These are the worst apartments ever. I could pretty much deal with everything...the nasty a** women in the rental office...the slow maintenance response. I could deal with that all but I can not settle for those mice. If you don't have a cat...then you are short. I am now in my 3rd apartment. The first 2 were infested with mice and I didn't feel like i had to purchase a cat just to deal with the problem. I went through months of waiting for the exterminator (who only comes on Tuesday's) just to get rid of those nasty rodents. Finally after no attention was paid to me, I asked to be moved to another apartment. This was a problem until I started making threats to call the corporate office. Now I live okay...with a cat that I got from outside. It's ridiculous how many stray's are in front of my home. So I put them to use...without the cat...I would have tons of mice.

i totally disagree,i have lived at ohv for 4yrs and i have never had any mice in my apartment or the problems that you claim you are having or had. everyone experience is different and if you felt that you were unhappy and dissatisfied why allow them to keep moving you instead of cancelling your lease and wrting to the head office in college park. you accepted all of their foolishness and you did not have to.
