Okay I've been living here since last June and can honestly I haven't had any REAL problems with the area or my neighbors. When I first moved here I did have a problem with big, NASTY, waterbugs but after getting our building fumigated I haven't seen one since. Maintenace is good they come out with in 24 hrs. of your call. The apartments are spacious and I really like the hard-wood floors. There are ALOT of kids in the area but they don't bother anyone and for the most part my building is quiet. Most of the people around there are polite and the grounds are kept nicely...All in all I can say my experience here hasn't been a bad one...The area is what u make it...
