I wouldn't wish my experiences on my worst enemy (OK, maybe the worst). Roaches (of different species) small, large, black, brown you name it and mice to top it all off. Maintenance is slow and they have stolen from me causing me to change my locks so that they cannot gain access to the home when someone is not there. Management is unresponsive until you've called the 3 times. They have lost rent payments, forgotten to credit my account
