It's Raining It's Pouring!

I have been trying for 5 months to get my bed room window fixes=d When it rains ot pours all on my floors. my carpet is starting to smell the wall is starting to crumble and when I move I guess I will be the on paying for the repairs..... All in All I love my apartment because of where it is located!
