I have been a resident at OHV for the last 15 years & it started when I moved in with mother than eventually was old enough and got my own. To get to the point. Every place you go whether here or other communities you are going to have some concerns. Oxon Hill village yes has had a some rough patches along the way. But one thing that I can say is that they give back into there commmunity and as residents we ALL reap the benefits. You guys complain about the children and as they say it takes a village to rise a child. Now they do what they can to keep your children active and encouraged if you all won't. They offer a afterschool program for elementary children, basketball league for the young teens during the summer, scholarship for the academically gifted and those who strive to to do their best in school. nNd there are lots more on the list just for the kids.
Maintenance is the best Ive see in years. You have a dedicated office staff working towards making a change and very attentive. Parking...as long as everything is current with yor car(s) is suffienct. And if you dont drive or its costly they offer shuttle service to Southern Avenue Station.
The apartments have been renovated and I must say they are very very nice. They recently put up bright street lights, there biudling a community center and all their doing is making it better for us and those that choose OHV as a place to call home.
I would refer any in a minute to be a part of this.

I'm looking to move now. After reading all thats on this site I will not waste my time. This looks like someone that works for OHV wrote all of this!!! Its so sad that you have to go so far to get someone in what sounds like a hell hole!! But WAY TO GO on tryin so hard!!
