I have read the previous reviews and I am curious to know since the apartments are older.....are there any squeaky floorboards or thin walls' Where I live now...that is the annoying problem that we are are having.

I don't know about the squeeky floors since my apartment had carpet. But the walls are then. Everytime my neighbors below me would argue I could here everything.

I'm sure you have moved by now, and I hope you did not choose Oxon Hill Village. The term 'thin walls' was created for Oxon Hill Village. I lived on the bottom floor. My unit and my neighbor's unit over top of me was carpeted, but I still heard everything going on in their apartment. Not only that, but the reverse was true as well. When my neighbor told me he knew the last time my husband and I had sex (and we're not loud), I knew it was time to go!
