PARK FOREST IS A EXCELLENT PLACE TO RESIDE IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS IT TAKES A WHOLE COMMUNITY TO RUN A VILLAGE LIFE IS NOT EASY AND THE PRICES ARE LOW AND THE PROPERTY IS NICE WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR BY THE WAY THE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL AT ALL TIMES. I WILL BE RESENTLY MOVING THERE. MY AGENT A YOUNG LADY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL WHILE SHOWING THE MODEL AND KEPT ME INFORMED ABOUT MY APARTMENT AND APPROVAL AT ALL TIMES, THIS PLACE WAS RECOMMEND TO ME BY A VERY GOOD FRIEND OF MINES WHO HAVE LIVED HERE FOR OVER 9 YEARS, ITS A EASY LOCATION TO GET EVERY WHERE

Stop the lies. You know very well that this place is a total mess. I dont care how much help you get from the community.

If anyone is reading the review that was posted by this individual, pay it no mind because the person that posted it is an employee at Park Forest Apartments itself that is trying to save itself from the low rating that it is getting. Look at all of the negative responses and compare them and you will see that the person that posted this review is an employee with Park Forest Apartments trying to save their bad name...Pay it no mind.. DO NOT MOVE into a Park Forest Apartment, your money is worth more than that...You'd only be throwing your money away if you did. The Civil Lawsuit that's now pending against Park Forest Apartments for fraud and misrepresentation puts the lie to the review that was posted by that person. Go to the District Court of Maryland for Prince George's County, in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, and ask to see the case against Park Forest Apartments and you will see for yourself, it's all a matter of public record. As stated, this review was put up by an employee of Park Forest Apartments only in an attempt to save its bad reputation.
