I have lived here for 3 years now (finally leaving!!!!)and let me tell you if it isn't the kids, the mice, or the broke and immature individuals breaking into people's cars or just out right stealing your car or license plates then I don't know what to tell you. This place has more problems than a little bit. You can't have pets, but you might as well have them because the mice live there just like you do. And try reporting that to Management, the come by and slap a sticky trap and call it a day. Let anything breakdown in your apartment and you will wait a year plus to get anything done. Maintenence sucks. And the funny part is they have the audacity to try and up your rent with all the problems going on in these buidings. My suggestion is that you will find better places in southeast dc than this one right here.
