Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
 
I have lived here 3 1/2 years, management is ok. My car has been broken into twice by petty thug gansters just want to tear up. The electric bill is off the hook the money you spend on electric move into a house if you can I have since moved in have the electric under control. My overall opinion is that is is quiet depending on what street you live on and who lives in the building also.
